Hey, this is Gabriel here and I am back for my third challenge and I am ready to take it on, this time not too much will be different from last time, as I still want to increase my jump height further, so I will keep stuff the same and increase my repetitions plus I will be adding a plank to Quest 3 to make things a bit tougher


 


Main Quest: Increase Jump Height


 


Quest 1: Do 50 squats followed by a Wall squat for as long as possible


Measurement: A = 3 times a week B= 2 times a week C= once a week


Rewards: A = 2 DEX + 2SPD + 1 STR B = 1 DEX + 1 SPD C= 1 DEX 


Quest 2: Jog up all 12 flights of stairs at least 5 times a week as opposed to the lift


Measurement:  A= use lift 0 times a week B= 2-3 times a week C= 3-4 times a week


Rewards: A= 3 DEX + 2 STA B= 2 DEX + 2 STA C= 0 points


Quest 3: Do 50 sit-ups followed by a Plank for as long as possible


Measurement: A = 3 times a week B= 2 times a week C= once a week


Rewards: A = 2 DEX + 3STR  B = 2 STR 1 DEX  C= 1 STR


 


Hopefully this one goes even better than my previous ones. I look forward to giving it my all!

Cool challenge and very feasible!!

 

Back in college, we had the elevators turned off for a few weeks because of some infraction or other.  And I lived on the top floor (#12).  After a few weeks of hoofing up stairs with my heavy backpack, I was AMAZED and how my sprint times improved. 

 

Good luck rocking this challenge!!

So how long can you do the wall squats now? It will be nice to note that so you can see how much you have improved at the end of the challenge!
