I think I'm calling this last challenge bit of a crit fail, solely because I didn't keep to coming in here every week and interact. Lots of springtime demands on my time, but still I should have made time.

So I'll be giving myself the points from the assassin minis that i participated in, and figuring about 1/3 of the points I would have assessed myself, had I fully participated, plus one extra point for making the leap from incline push ups to floor ones.

I've lost 3 lbs in the last challenge, by doubling my fiber intake (food sources, not supplements) and consistently tracking my macros for the last 4 weeks. So while I started out with one set of challenge goals in mind, I think my goals morphed into food/dietary ones. And there was success.

Congrats on your weight and inches decreases! Who knew an increase in fiber could make such a difference?! What macros do you track?

Thank you, Rowan! I track protein, fats, fiber, and carbs. I seem to do the best when I keep my overall carbs between 50 and 150, my fiber is now up to 30-35, I try to get at least 60 protein, and really I don't worry too much about the fats.

I like how My Fitness Pal gives you all the nutritional information for every food you log, and the weekly /quarterly graphs are super helpful. It's a much better tool than the LiveStrong app that I'd been using years before. More customization and still 100% free.

Assassins Mini Challenges--

+1 STA for zombies run mini challenge

+1 DEX for stock the pantry mini challenge

+1 CON for build a bunker mini challenge

My Challenge Points--

+3 STR for increasing my plank time from 20 to 25 seconds

+2 STA for participating in the forums and participating in the guild minis

+6 STA for working out 3x but sometimes 2x per week
