End the week strong. 1/4 - Weekly4/24 - 6WC Meditate: I was only able to get in 5 minutes before being interrupted by my daughter who had trouble sleeping last night. She got some meds to help her stomach. Seems like they are working, but we've been fooled before. We'll see how today goes.5/5 - Weekly11/30 - 6WC Portion Control: Did really well last night. And now, it's time: Workout: I let the distractions of Saturday and Sunday get to me and forgot to get in my last two workouts this week. Friday's happened, and it felt great, but I have to make the time for it. 2/4 - Weekly5/24 - 6WC Meditate:I rock at this one. Got up early Sunday and decided to give it a go. Jitters Junior woke up about 5 minutes into it and joined me for my last 5. Good way to start the day.6/5 - Weekly12/30 - 6WC Portion Control: Rocked this all weekend. One snack Saturday of cowboy caviar and didn't overeat at my parents last night. That surprises me because it was meatloaf and my sister in law's birthday. There's always cake for birthdays and I didn't have any. And meatloaf is something I would normally go into a meat coma for. Progress! I'm able to do two sets before my arms say, "Nope" 1/4 - Weekly6/24 - 6WC Meditate: Still going strong on this one in the mornings. Between 5 and 10 minutes daily. 3/5 - Weekly15/30 - 6WC Portion Control: Did great Monday, but I did have a snack that I didn't really need on Tuesday. I'm docking one point for that. And it so wasn't worth it. Though, I was really good last night. I was feeling hungry just before bed (which is unusual these days) and didn't give into cravings. Feeling pretty proud of that. Pass/Fail 5/21 - WeeklyPass/Fail 46/126 - 6WC Now that my daughter is feeling better, my wife seems to have caught the bug. She's on the mend now, but the last few days have been rough on her. Clown will be making an appearance at the Relentless Powerlifting meet on Friday the 27th. I'm excited for this for a couple of reasons. The first is that I get to be in costume again. I enjoy being a clown. The second reason is this helps support kids with life threatening medical conditions. I'm all for helping kids out in my small way. Third, the long lost JessFit is going to be there. Combine all three of these things and it should be a fun night.
