(two days late because I assumed there would be a longer break in between challenges)

 

Main Quest/Motivation

I'll be doing Work & Travel in Canada starting in April and want to get everything ready and also stay in shape after my last 6w challenge.

 

Quest 1

Do the 30 Days of Gravity challenge and start another challenge afterwards.

3 STR, 2 STA

 

Quest 2

Make sure I have at least 4 hostels/farms/families I can do volunteer work at. (Alternative: cover at least 12 out of my 16 weeks.)

3 CHA, 2 WIS

 

Quest 3

Go running at least once a week.

2 STA, 1 DEX

 

Side-Quest

Document every workout/run. Both in my excel spreadsheets and on NF.

Since I have a (light-ish) cold, I decided to go easy on the physical activities for the first week of this challenge.

The 30 Days of Gravity programme looks very cool and promissing though, and I'm looking forward to doing all of the day's exercises!

Yesterday, I did {2x15 lunges, 2x15 reverse lunges, 2x30 side leg raises] and today 5x{20 arm raises}. Everything is documented so far!

Aw, Hawaii and NZ - sounds fantastic!

 

My cold is mostly gone now - I think (hope) I can start the physical activites tomorrow! I'm really looking forward to starting the 30d of Gravity and the Assassins' challenges! Not being able to do much for a week was a bummer.

I'm feeling way better and thus officially starting the Gravity challenge today!

 

Day 1: Power [aka leg day]

2x30 lunges, 2x30 reverse lunges, 2x30 side leg raises;; 3 wall sits (to failure)

I didn't time the wall sits (I was reading a book heh) but I was very happy with the first one, the second one was super short, but the thirs one was okay.

 

other things:

- I sent out two job applications!

- I've written a first draft for the letters to my potential hosts.

- Everything is documented.

 

This week is off to a good start!

Hope your feeling better from the cold. Great job staying connected and at it. Sorry, I dont post more in response, maybe I should add that as a mini quest. :) Im like a caveman. lol. Wishing you a great time in Canada.
