don't know about 5 min today, but I've 2,5 (two sets of 75sec) and the day is not yet done...

sooooo happy to be on board again, running last week just wasn't on for several reasons and now it feels extra good to contribute again, yay

I vote we push ourselves today and get this challenge won within 24 hours! I'll commit to another 5 minutes today, though not all in one set. Who's with me!?

 

I'm down for 5 minutes today after work. I wasn't able to run at all last week but this will be good for me. I missed hanging out in the challenge last week but alas, work took over for awhile.

Does trapeze planing count?  Basically it's like a one armed plank, except you're suspended from that one arm, not propped on it.  Done properly it's a great lat/rhomboid/grip strength/delt move.  Can't seem to find video anywhere...

I tried to take the selfie challenge but ahahahaha no matter how I angled my phone, you could see right down my dress, so........ nope.

 

Yes I am planking in a dress and heels under my work desk, why do you ask?

Just put in my 10 x 60 sec of planks from yesterday's circuit.  Between pull-ups, pushups, pistol squats, & planks yesterday my muscles are so tired climbing one flight of stairs at work this morning took a loooooong time.
