Brutal Bears Collects All 8 Gym Badges

Hey everyone! This is my first challenge as an Assassin, and I am really excited! My idea for this challenge might be a little grandiose, so i am going to work on writing it until the challenge starts. I would love any thoughts or ideas on my challenge idea. (and wow am I going geeky with this one)Thanks!

Brutal Bears collects all 8 gym badges

There are still 4 workouts that I have been doing with out knowing the name of them. So until I know what they are called they will be given poke'mon moves names. They will be as follows:

Screech: Spend at least 4 hour practicing French

Rock Smash: 30 minutes of weight training (bench press, dead lift, curls, chin ups, pullups, side pullups)

Seismic Toss: in this workout there is a slack line about 4 feet of the ground and 5 feet out there are hanging ball holds 10 feet of the ground. What you do is toe hook the slack line, grab the hanging ball holds, pull-up into a plank position, and feel the burn in you biceps, toes, core, and forearms.

Earthquake: your heels are on the slack line and you hold the hanging balls and do something that resembles floating upside down push-ups.

Double Kick: hang from a pull-up bar while a partner moves around a paddle and has you touch it with various feet, heel, and toe variations.

-Walk 15 miles total

-Climb to through the Rock Gym (literally) 4 hours in the Bouldering Gym

-Don’t forget to stop at the Poke’Center (2 30 min Yoga sessions)

Out of curiosity, what is a rock climbing plank?  

You know, I think I named some work outs wrong. (This is also a cry for help if anyone knows what these work outs are actually called). First is what I have written as rock climbing plank/hanging plank (I used both terms and they are both wrong); in this workout there is a slack line about 4 feet of the ground and 5 feet out there are hanging ball holds 10 feet of the ground. SHIT! I made an 8 week challenge for a challenge that only lasts 7 weeks! I will need to rework this! Any ideas? This challenge is 7 weeks right (which is confusing me as well), but April 13th to May 25th is 7 weeks.

Actually, the challenge is only 6 weeks, unless you're counting this week as part of it.  If you want to keep the habits going, you could use this week, the 6 weeks of the challenge, and then the week after the challenge as your 8 weeks.  

 

I've never heard of those climbing drills, but they sound awesome!

Thank I am pretty stoked about it. The RPG part is defiantly one of my favorite things about this. I think I might do a Skyrim version next challenge.

Great day today. I walked 4.2 miles, spent an hour and a half in the gym/I got my gym work outs done, and I spent another hour practicing French. I also signed up for a French tutor online. Though, I was still really worn out from Monday when I got to the gym, so I had to take it slower. Also, go House Stark!
