I was on vacation this week so I have been doing a lot of walking. According to my fitbit, at least 4 miles a day. The most was 18000 steps I think. Does this walking count toward the challenge? I have of course been keeping up with my normal challenge workouts.

Yep.  If you think it's too easy then you can always set a higher target.

It's a game of chance when it comes to minis.  I could do the exact same sleep and walking minis next challenge and get a different response. It's weird.

Noticed that it didn't add up the other day but totally forgot to clean it up. Good to go now.  For some reason links to youtube were reset too.

Alright, final mini:

I have slacked on my eating this time around and I think it is because I gave myself to much leeway. I will have to keep it to strict 2 or 3 sweets a day in the future. I have still been eating overall better, lots of fruits and vegetables the whole 5 weeks so far, so not overall bad. I have been hit or miss with the sleep I think, because of being on vacation but I think I'm pretty close to hitting my goal for that, and I think I have hit my exercise goal every week. Maybe I set my exercise goal too easy for this challenge given all the running I did.

This mini was to finish strong and I am glad we had it. This week, there were a few times I wanted to take the easy way out.  Today was no exception.  I was dealing with stuff all day (Craig's List selling is never joy, but I sold a bunch of crap today) and the wind kept getting stronger.  Next thing I know, it is 4:30.  It is in the high 80s.  And I rode 37 miles yesterday.  It would have been really easy to just take a rest day and get back at it tomorrow.  WHO THE HELL TAKES A REST DAY ON THE LAST DAY OF A CHALLENGE?  What was I thinking?  So yes, I threw on my gear, grabbed the bike, and went for a nice, round 22.2 miles.  It was a funny number.  But I knew I could not go out half-assed.  

Nerd Fitness has changed me this year.  Literraly.  I was 189 this morning.  The last time I was under 190 - 1999.  It is work, for sure.  But I am loving it.  I love the workouts.  I love the way I am eating.  I love the way my body feels.  I have a hard time remembering when my body felt this good.  So, I wasn't going to let the Rebellion down and finish my third challenge by taking a pass.

 

+1 Con earned and assigned.

 

Huge thanks to Teros for pushing me.  His open dialogue is a constant motivator.
