Devlin Posted May 19, 2015 Report Share Posted May 19, 2015 Hey guys, didn't do so well last week but 2 workouts in this week and I'm up to 26,560kg, on a bit of a deload so I'm hitting more volume with lower weights. Tuesday I went to Fit camp and push ups were one of the exercises so I did roughly about 60 regular pushups and about 10 one handed pushups (with each arm) so I've got about 80 so far this week. If you could spread it over the week, it wouldn't make much sense going "to failure" I suppose... I will only be doing AMRAP, not to failure. I have too many issues at the moment to work to failure.
