So that is 1530 kg.  I am sure I can beat that score when I have my buddy yelling at me to get more reps in.  I was trying to keep form in order rather than go to AMRAP or failure.

So... for this mini AND my Assassins mini I'm doing push ups and planks. Its almost serendipitous at this point of the challenge :P

Yoga this morning, so I'm all sorts of stretched out. No sprints today. I decided it was a run 2 miles kind of day. Felt great and the weather is amazing.

Ryuu1011 Emerges from the smoke bleeding, his uniform charred from the scorch of a few to many plasma rounds, and propped up by his rifle...  taking a deep breath in he manages in a crackly voice, "You guys thought I was dead, didn't ya?"  as he hobbles over to join the rest of his team.

These last two weeks have been insane with the amount of stuff that I was doing at work ( for the end of the school year and finals) and then gearing up for my race I hardly had time to get online to update my own thread and failed at checking in and supporting my teammates :( Sorry guys.

I think I got shot early during the fire fight last week and was unable to kill any burpee bugs, but I'm going to make up for some lost time by doing some more push ups and stretching.

 

Tuesday I went to Fit camp and push ups were one of the exercises so I did roughly about 60 regular pushups and about 10 one handed pushups (with each arm) so I've got about 80 so far this week. I'll try and make stretching a priority and knock it out tonight!

Hey guys, didn't do so well last week but 2 workouts in this week and I'm up to 26,560kg, on a bit of a deload so I'm hitting more volume with lower weights.

Edited twice due to forgetting exercises and poor maths lol.

Adding 15,350kg from Wednesday, takes me to 41,910.

Couldn't have had high volume week at a better time, numerous sets of medium weight for sets of 30-50 reps pre exhaust have helped immensely. Not to mention numerous 5 sets 15 reps lol.

That would be single set indeed. If you could spread it over the week, it wouldn't make much sense going "to failure" I suppose...

 

I will only be doing AMRAP, not to failure.  I have too many issues at the moment to work to failure.

They aren't bad numbers. And if your better than you were then you've improved which is the name of the game :-).

Stretching slowed down in the final week of the Challenge.  :(

Got it done Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, after my normal workouts.  Got a massage on Saturday.
