After being at 2000 kcals for so long I forgot how much food 2600kcals is. Holy craps I had a light breakfast and have a light tea planned so just had one he'll of a dinner. Feel I may collapse lol.

2900-3000 next week may kill me lol.

 

JEEBAS thats a lot of food. I barely know on how to get 1600 into me. Good luck.

 

According to MFP, I have been running 2900 per day for the past eight weeks -and dropping one pound per week.  It is entirely possible that I have been totally messing up my calorie count and serving sizes.  I try my best and I think that is what is most important.

Yeah that'd the thing. Even at 3000 some places put my tdee as around that so I will need to adjust on the fly this challenge. And yeah looks like it. Xcom ftw.

Well last weights session before the challenge done. Having an odd experience though my weight seems to have increased quite a bit since a few weeks ago. I'm assuming it's water retention or something since my waist size has actually decreased lol. Scales had me panicked for a moment.

That's normal I think. Hell, you can fluctuate by five pounds a day

Wow Day one.

Work at 7am went well, got finished at 2 home by 3 and gym by 4. Today's back workout was a good one. I switched out the chest supported rows for the bog standard standing ( I feel they're better) that lat pull down till failure pyramid was awesome so where the giant sets for my arms, I thought they were fit to burst by the end lol.

Oh well I have to create my whiteboard grid to track weight and ensure I'm gaining just enough and not too much or too little :-).

Ive been eating 3000 calories per day for a lil over 2 months now and it feels like i'm eating for two most days but the bulk up is glorious when you check the gains and your progress. All the best with the challenge

At 14% BF? Wish I was as fat as you...

Haha I just meant in terms of the volume of food I'm putting away :-). My work dinners look like something goku would shake his head at.

Great gym session today. Hit my chest hard. And hit a rep pr with 70kg bench so there's 1 out of the way. Did my xcom deadlift hold for the full 5 as my forearm Work. The bench press followed by dropsets was rouge, then the incline dumbbell press went fairly well but dips ended up being bodyweight due to me being pretty burned out chestwise lol.
