(In progress)Complete recommended routine every other day. (Rest day)Limit sweets intake. (Drank too much soda.) Cardio three to four times a week. (Haven't chosen or started cardio routine.) Life Side Quest - Write a story. Try to submit a page a week. (In progress. New page due by April 14, 2015.) Notes - This Battle Log is an early start for the April 13, 2015 start od the new 6 Week Challenge.Need to find a good alternative to drinking pop. I can never find anything that "satisfies" like pop does.What are some good cardio rotines. Maybe swimming?
