I'm quite sore but still going strong! Did some more squats, sit-ups, and burpees for this morning and I'm about to knock out another set at lunch too! For Fire and Blood, Targaryen's going to win this mini for sure! I'm actually more worried about loosing progress in my skills by making my workout this intense, its really hard to just find the time to practice my handstands, L-Sits, and Planche with this new program... but I know I'll be doing a lot of practice in them over the weekend, so hopefully that'll help. Ryuu1011
Week Two: Day 4 Today was a crazy day, I ended up cutting my workout short because my right shoulder was feeling really weird during my workout, not sure what it was or why but I'd rather play it safe than sorry so I'm probably going take tomorrow as a rest day as well and do my final workout for the week on Saturday. On the plus side, I made all my classes do extra squats for their warmup to get more more squats for House Targaryen and managed to get about 200 extra squats in today Apart from my workout today was also crazy because I got some upsetting news from my Mom yesterday, and I decided that I'm going to take a personal day off from work, and go home to spend some time with my little brother who is struggling though HS (grades and such), Girls (GF just broke up w/ him for another guy), and depression (He's just really not doing so well ) Because Mom was worried that he was going to do something stupid while she was out of town for a convention. Ryuu1011
Week Two: Day Five Today was an impromptu rest day, just to be on the safe side, and I'll pick up my last workout for the week on Saturday. Then use Sunday as another rest day and then repeat come Monday Came back into town late last night and shockingly since my Mom is out of town their is no food in the house especially no sources of protein (basically all we have is cereal) so I ended up eating out twice today, but I made good choices at both restaurants opting for the grilled chicken and what ever veggies the would sub out for the fries at both places. Buttttt....then I made horrible choices when my Dad got a cookie pizza from Papa Johns with his pizza for dinner and had 2 1/2 slices so I figure today was probably a little bit of a wash lol. Spend a lot of time today hanging out with my youngest brother. First we cleaned his room because I was sure that living in a disaster zone (it was BAD lol) was not helping any of his troubles, then I gave him the notebook that I created for him (basically a workout notebook with some motivational quotes and some calisthenics routines inside). I also introduced him to Nerd Fitness and told him how amazing all of you guys are and how much I am enjoying the 6-week Challenges and how now instead of trying to level up a character in a video game I am actively trying to level up my own real life character. Finally we had a wonderful heart to heart about goals and dreams (I showed him my Epic Quests and said he should consider writing some of his out too), our family, school, girls, and just about everything else under the sun. I think it went pretty well especially because I'm normally not a talk about my feelings kind of guy and it was really hard for me, but I think it was good for my little brother and I'm just hoping that it helped enough to get him through this rough patch. 6 Quote Half-Elf: Ranger/Assassin Challenges: [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6a] [6b] [7] [8] [8.5] [9] [10] [11] [12] [13] [14] [ --> Battle Log] Old Battle Logs [2017] New Battle Log 2018: Reforged DragonForging My Life: Epic Quests [Google D] Epic Quests [NF] Lifter Profile [Symmetric Strength] Racer Profile [Athlinks] Body Comp [G-Sheet] Running Stats [G-Sheet] Link to comment

Ryuu1011
Week Two: Day 6 Finally, got my Titin Tec weighted compression shirt in over the weekend so I decided to do my calisthenics workout today with an extra 20lbs today at test it out. I was pleasantly surprised by just how comfortable it is, 20lbs is quite a bit of weight and it definitely make the whole workout significantly harder even though I went down a few variations in some cases just to be on the safe side. Even the exercises that there is no way you would be able to do with a normal weight vest (like handstand pushups) were possible with the Titin Tec, a little bit weird for sure, but possible. Ryuu1011
Week Two: Day Seven & Week Two ReviewDay SevenSunday was a good day although nothing much happened, apart from me driving back to Greenville, and actually using that 1.5 hour drive to give an old friend who moved to FL a call and catch up Week Two Overview: Goal 1: Learn to Fire Bend- Drop 6lbs and 2% of my body fatStart Weight: 156.8lbs Current Weight: 154.6lbs Goal Weight: 150 35%35% Start FB%= 17.5% Current FB%= 16.6% Goal BF%= 15% 35%35% Progress: Lost a little over 2lbs so far and .9% body fat. Everything seems to be working out ok, even though this weekend was pretty poor as well in terms of diet. Goal 2: Learn to Earth Bend- 15sec Handstand, 15sec Tuck Planche, 15sec L-SitHandstand= 7 Seconds 46%46% Tuck Planche= 7 Seconds 46%46% L-Sit= 7 Seconds 46%46% Progress: Didn't make any great progress in my triple threat in terms of my handstand but made some good gains in the other two bringing all three up to about the 7 second mark. I am starting to wonder if I took on to much trying to work on all three of these skills but I am also seeing some interesting overlap between the gains I'm making in my shoulder strength from the Planche work as well as the finger tip strength I am gaining from the L-sits in my handstands so I'm going to keep working on all three as much as I can. Goal 3: Learn to Air Bend- 6 Kipping Muscle Ups and 1 Dead Hang Muscle UpMax Kipping Muscle Ups= 4 Dead Hang Muscle Ups= 0 65%65% Progress: Managed 4 in a row during one of my workouts this week which felt great, plus I got pretty close to getting my dead hang muscle up too. I am now thinking that one dead hang is definitely an obtainable goal by the end of this 6-week challenge. Goal 4: Learn to Water Bend- Letters to Ex's WrittenLetters Written= 2/6 34%34% Progress: Wrote my second letter to my second Ex, if you're interested in reading it, it's typed out below: Dear A T , I should have said this ages ago, many, many times over, but I am so sorry for the way I treated you in High School. Some of the things I said, the promises I made. I was so foolish-so childish, I though only of myself and how I was feeling at the time, in the beginning heat of our relationship. It never occurred to me how you would feel or how broken it would make your heart if those words never came to be true. I didn't think of how much I would destroy you with my words and actions. I could blame others for the reasons or why I did what I did, but I've been doing that for too long already. Ultimately, they were my choices, my actions, my stupid decisions, and I know that I hurt you more than I could ever imagine. Even after all of these years I still can't come to an actual reason why I broke up with you and got back together with J. I realize now how much that must have hurt, especially after all we had said and did only weeks and months before. It was my fault, my decision, and I'm sorry that I blamed you for it. I've recently started taking a very hard look at my past and I've started to realize just how much I repeat it. How much I destroy the women that I "loved", those who I should have cared about the most in the world, with my abhorrent behavior, personality, and actions. How I loved so hard and fast and then stopped loving just as hard and even more suddenly that I'm basically giving my girlfriend whiplash. The worst part of all, I end of blaming them for the cause of everything, trying to make myself seem like I'm not ever at fault. Despicable. Again, I am so sorry for everything, and I know it does not mean much, and you might not even care, but now that I've finally realized it I'm taking steps (like writing this letter) and starting to change for the better. For the longest time I did not have the courage to take responsibility for my own actions, and that is the first thing that I need to change if I am going to become a better man and stop doing this 100%-0% on and off relationship roller coster that I take girls on. The past few months I have been taking a very hard look at my past, looking at my old journals and letters, reading hours of old Facebook conversations, and digging deep into my old memories, so I can finally look my skeletons face to face and stop blaming J, you, A M, K, and M for all of my relationship troubles and finally start to work on myself. I realize that I've already apologized twice in this letter, and honestly this old wound has likely healed, but I just wanted to apologize one last time if I have cause more harm than good by writing this letter to you. I was too much of a boy to actually say it then, so I am saying it now. I am sorry. I hope that were ever you are and what ever you are doing with your life you find everything that you desire and that you are happy. Wishing you all of the best. Sincerely,C Side Quest: Harmonize my World- Volunteer for Habitat for HumanityTimes Volunteered= 0/1 0%0% Progress: Nope, my little brother had troubles so I went home to spend time with him. 1 Quote Half-Elf: Ranger/Assassin Challenges: [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6a] [6b] [7] [8] [8.5] [9] [10] [11] [12] [13] [14] [ --> Battle Log] Old Battle Logs [2017] New Battle Log 2018: Reforged DragonForging My Life: Epic Quests [Google D] Epic Quests [NF] Lifter Profile [Symmetric Strength] Racer Profile [Athlinks] Body Comp [G-Sheet] Running Stats [G-Sheet] Link to comment
