I had everything planned and I was going to rock this thing out, but when I got to the gym I simply couldn't pick up some of the weights. I have no idea what I did wrong; all the weights I picked up on Monday seemed twice as heavy today. At one point the barbell actually fell onto my chest and now it hurts like hell.*Hawkeye voice* Today sucks. Actually, it even got better on Thursday; I was finally able to complete my first push up ever!! I know, I know, seems like a pathetic goal, but it was such a big deal to me.The rest of the week also went great. It's finally getting warm in Poland, so I took my bike for a ride on Saturday. Best feeling ever. I'm planning a biking trip with my friends in about two weeks. Oh, I've also gone back to deadlifting! Today is the first day and it went awesome. Taking that time off really payed off. I no longer feel stressed out or annoyed whenever I think about deadlifting. Yay, deadlifting!My matura exams start in a week, so I've been spending most of my day in my bed with books, but I still remember to do my workout everyday and eat properly. My matura exams (the exams at the end of high school) have started last week and I've been spending 97% of time studying and/or freaking out. There's only one more left on Friday and then I am finally free. I've been sticking to Paleo, but my workouts last week were pretty crappy (and rare), so I'm hoping to make it all up once I'm done with all of this.Anyway, keep your fingers crossed for me on Friday and I promise to write a long, detailed recap of the past 2 weeks during the weekend!
