IronChefEd Posted April 13, 2015 Report Share Posted April 13, 2015 So this challenge falls at a difficult time for me, as I'll be away from my house for the next eight weekends performing at the Georgia Renaissance Festival. The joke around the grounds is that everything to eat is either fried or on a stick, which means healthy eating is going to be quite the challenge. With that in mind, I realize that setting a strict diet goal during this challenge would just be setting myself up for failure, and would not be SMART. So... 1) Strength training three days a week. Weights, BBWW, something, preferably M-W-F. 5 STR. 2) Stamina training two days a week. Walk/run or exercise bike, at least T-Th. 5 STA. 3) Diet. Two out of three meals Paleo during the week (Mon thru Fri). I'll make healthy choices as much as possible on the weekend, but I won't beat myself up if I have to stray from the path, and I'll reload on Mondays. 2 CON. 4) Instrument practice. Thirty minutes a day, three days a week. Got to keep my fingers in shape so I don't get blown out on the weekends. 2 CHA, 1 DEX. Grading: -10 points for each weekly goal missed.
