My main goal is to get under 20% body fat right now I am at about 26.5%. On this challenge I will be working on two areas for diet and one for fitness. Quest 1I will follow Autoimmune Protocol for the duration of the challenge. This quest was kind of a give me since my doctor suggested I follow the diet for the 6 week minimum. (4 CON, since this is to help discover what is making me sick yay for resisting disease).A=95% followed B=90% followed C=85% followed D=80% followed Quest 2I will drink 2L of water a day. I noticed last challenge that I have a really bad problem of pouring water and forgetting about it or trying to solve my thirst problems with coffee or tea. To help with this I have a 32oz water bottle at work that is marked for every hour starting at 8AM and ending at 4PM which is when I get off work. If I follow my plan I should have 2 more ounces to go after work. (4 CON, since this is a health and diet quest).A=18-15 days complete B=14-11 days complete C=10-7 days complete D=6-3 days complete Quest 3I will walk 10,000 steps minimum everyday. Since my job is mostly sitting at a desk for 9 hours it is really easy for me to stay in that mind set for the rest of the day. I want to make a conscious effort to move more. If the weather is nice my office does go on a little half mile walk in the afternoon, but I have found as soon as I get home I still just sit like I do at work. (4 STA, I eventually want to build up the endurance to run a complete mile).A=420,000-390,000 steps B=380,000-350,000 steps C=340,000-310,000 steps D=300,000-270,000 steps Life QuestI will complete at least two courses during the six weeks. I have four classes left before I will have my accounting degree. The two that I will be working on for this challenge are Cost Accounting and Global Business.
