Ok, so I'm up to Day 11 of the Hero's Journey quest and feeling pretty good.  While I am doing a good job with the veggies and protein, I need to remember to watch my sugar intake.  Now, I definitely just need time to get in some endurance training.  I'm hoping that I can get out of the office for a half hour walk today.  It's not a run, but at least it's something!

I'm stressed.  I'm thinking that I'm stressed about my goals but I don't know how to restructure them . . .

I went for a run this morning and spent the greater part of the weekend stripping paint so my upper back got a good workout.  I'm just worried that I'm not going to hit my goals and then I will feel like a failure.  Which, I know, is ridiculous.  But I'm struggling. . .

Ugh.  I'm slacking.  So here's what I've realized.  I really need to take this challenge in even smaller chunks than I originally thought  . .. .

The pull-ups quest I'll keep because that's easy.

Stamina quest I'm modifying to just be total mileage from runs.  I would like to have more mileage each week.  Minor increases are the goal - nothing drastic.

Hero's Journey.  This should be consistent.  I'm not doing well keeping up and I just need to buckle down and do it every day - sleep be damned!

Nutrition - I'm not going to focus on protein, but just on veggies.  With Spring in full bloom, I really want take advantage.

Blog - My goal right now is just get it back up.  The more posts I can get, great, but I really don't have the mental or emotional energy to stress about it.

Also, I have totally fallen off the "group-wagon".  My support for fellow Nerds has not been good.  I would like to get back to concentrating on that.
