My epic journey to greatness:

 

Eating:                 

Add vegetables to more meals

No Takeout

Grow my own food – Peppers/ Beans/tomatoes/greens/strawberries

 

Enviromental:   

All food scraps into compost and then into the garden

Recycle all potential items – single stream items/batteries and lights

Limit trash to two barrels a week

 

Friends/Family:

Catchup with friends – once a week/ once a month

Call Mom/Brother – once a week/every other week

Spend 30 minutes a day playing with each of my children

 

Health:

Run a half marathon in 1:30

Run my second full marathon

Master a 60 second handstand

20 pullups

20 chin ups

100 pushups

20 pistol squats

5 minute plank

 

Learn:

Learn Spanish

Finish my book

 

Travel:

Travel to the British Isles

Travel to Japan

See the Pyramids

Return to Hawaii

That's funny. My original list said. "Learn Spanish with Duolingo", but I edited it down.

 

I've started it several times, but I've often given up after a time. Need to build this into my Challenge next time for my life goal.
