Mini Challenge: Skipping Leg Day

Tried the advanced version today but had a math fail.

Body weight: 230

Bench: 230

EZ bar: 80

R1: 10/20

R2: 9/15

R3: 8/14

R4: 5/12

R5: 5/12

Total: 110

After round three I miscalculated and thought all I needed was 34 reps left to hit 120. Stupid lifting fatigued brain. I failed so no pwo selfie.

Didn't weigh in, but was 215 on Tuesday, so went with 220 to be safe.  Also, don't own an EZ curl bar, so just did a straight bar.   165lb bench, 55lb Curl.
 
R1: 15/15
R2: 13/14
R3: 13/12
R4: 12/14
R5: 12/10
Total: 130
 
And the best double bicep I could manage.

Lmao I don't see Flex around the boards for months. Then we get a mini challenge involving bench and curls and he shows up. This challenge was like the bat signal.

Curls - 65 (Could not use 65 last time. This is the correct weight)

Total reps - 120

Total time - 8:32

Mini challenge done Vegas style. This was done after getting off the plane and I'm just now eating so on a 15 hour fast or so.

I couldn't check into the hotel so I decided to get swole.

Weight was approx 178#

Bench - 135#

EZ Bar Curls - 45#

R1: 10/20

R2: 10/20

R3: 10/15

R4: 10/20th

R5: 8/15

Total score: 138 (I think that math is right)

70% 1rm for bench. I upped my curls to 75 as well so it was 210/75.
