I can't actually hold my legs straight up in the air. (Yet.) I took an aerobics class in high school that was mostly Winsor Pilates, and nearly fifteen years later, I still hear the tiny volleyball player on the mat next to me loudly announcing that she couldn't believe some people in the class found it difficult to hold their legs up. It's strange how small comments like that just stick sometimes. Anyway... this was all a long-winded way to say I also worked on holding my legs straight up for awhile. 30 sec low plank30 sec high plank30 sec low side plank (each side)30 sec high side plank (each side)5 x mermaid twist (each side) fell over twice completing the second side, so it was more like 4 and 3/2.
