I tried it this week and my ankles got all swollen and puffy within 48 hours, which is apparently a side effect. Anyone used it successfully? Do the side effects ease up after a bit? I've stopped taking it for now, but am curious. I'm not a huge supplement fan so I won't be crushed if it turns out to be a loser.
