Hey,

 

depending on your time zone there are just 3 days left.

3 days is a very short time. 

But these are the last 3 days of a challenge.

 

This is your chance to boost your performance by trying something.

If you decide now to do something new for the last 3 days you can boost your approach to the finish line.

 

If running was your goal it is time to run 3 days in a row.

If you know you should stay away from gluten it is time to do it now. Cold turkey

If you know you should make your bed in the morning, but ****** it is time to do it now.

 

3 days is a very short period.

But no matter how your challenge goes and went you do have the willpower to do something for 3 days.

 

What will you do?

 

Of course this boost is worth an extra stat point ;)

I will stay away from wheat completely until monday night.

If someone else is doing food stuff I will join him or here in taking some food pics.

I will practice a small pilates routine that my sister told me about. I've been meaning to do it for a while. It consists of the Hundred and the Series of 5.

Meditation is new to me and Ill take it on for three days in a row.

Damnit, why did there have to be a Saturday in these three days? Saturday is typically the "all the goals, out the window!" day for me.

 

So for the next two days, I'm going to rock all my goals. ALL. OF. THEM.

 

But for now I'm going to go for a walk, before the weather turns to shit again.
