New Recruit, First Challenge

Thanks. We just finished the c25k and did our last run hitting 5k after 29 minutes , including a run down into the gorge (so serious hill run back up at about 20 minutes in) , so pleased with that.

If you've already ran a 5k though you may want to do more like an interval run as the c25k was a lot of walking for the first month.

Final challenge summary :

- Advanced BodyWeight : Not great, I can do the circuit although nowhere near Steve's 18 minutes. Pull ups and Chin ups not brilliant progress though. I can do 2 pull ups so : +2 STR, +3 STA

- C25k : Completed with aplomb, +3 DEX

- Life Quest : Total fail F : 0

So mixed results , but I've got a better feel for my rate of progress and will tweak my workout plan for the next challenge .
