elmanuel Posted March 25, 2010 Author Report Share Posted March 25, 2010 Today was awesome! Busy and stressed out I headed for the gym to blow of some steam for the big test tomorrow. Succes. Achieved my goal number 1: squat the bar 6 times. It was more a mental thing. My hamstring does feel kind of heavy but that's also from the running. My quads can probably lift a lot more but I'll just have to take it easy for the time being. Almost got goal number 3 too. I did 7 pulls ups. (and then 5 and 4) My arms and back will want some nice quiet time after that. I don't know if I'll be able to get to 8 push ups because today was a great day. Apart from that I did some other stuff such as lunges, cleans and militairy press. Ate pretty clean today but gaining those 5 pounds is just a struggle. Link to comment
