I'm in.

 

Male, 36, average height and build.

 

My initial pull-up goal is to do 10 consecutive pull-ups (I'll continue to build on that).

 

Current max is 5.

 

Training used - Runtastic's Pull-up app.

Level - 3               Race - Vampire               Class - Assassin

Pull ups aren't part of my challenge but they are in my work out plan.  Currently I can't do any without assistance but I've been working on them using resistance bands, as my numbers get higher I'll start lowering the assistance working up to my first unassisted pull up in 10 years or so.

THE IMPORTANT STUFF 

 

Brief intro: Female, 6'1 (I'm the short one in my family....)
Current max: 4 alligator count on pull up negatives! Actual pull ups, 0. 

Program TDB. I have to pick a program I know I can stick with. I tend to go OOOO SHINY LOOK A NEW PROGRAM before actually making progress.

Hi, my whole life wanted to improve my pull ups. I can do 3 now, with 260lbs body no easy task  :blink:. Not sure whether i am using the right muscles. Sign me UP.

Hi, my whole life wanted to improve my pull ups. I can do 3 now, with 260lbs body no easy task  :blink:. Not sure whether i am using the right muscles. Sign me UP.

Impressive! I always impressed when a big man can get above the bar.

 

Everyone who can manage at least one pullup should go post on the Pullup Leaderboard! Videos encouraged!

9 pullups. I'm on no strict program, but I try to do at least a few pullups everyday....

And finally here is my video. Doing pullups in a door frame at 6'4" is no joke. I feel ridiculous!

Ok, I'm in as an advanced pull up'er.  M, 6'3" 210lbs and my max is 22.  I have 3 goals:  1. 30 reps at BW,  2. 10 reps at +90 lbs, and 3. 1 armed pullup (both arms) (cause Steve mentioned it in his avengers BW workout.)

Yeah, I'm one of those guys who can do 20+ pull ups and 0 muscle ups.  I"m sure its 100% technique and with a lesson, I could do them.  Best of luck on your journey too.

Tested the engines today.  23 at BW (new PR)  then I was able to do 7 at +45, 5 at +70, 3 at +80 and 2 at +90.  

 

10 reps at +90 may be a bridge to far, but screw it, I can get there.

Goal: 15-20 by December (whenever it is that winter break starts for me, I forget the exact date)

I'm in. I haven't been able to do one since high school, and I was able to do 5 back then.
