Heya, my name is Swatches, or really, it's Rose. This is only my second challenge, since I did one in the recruits board first. Ah, about me. I'm a college student, correctly on summer break. I've gained a bit of weight recently, but also I just want to be fit and capable of doing anything I want to do. I want to be healthy and in peak condition.

 

I did use to exercise a bit before. I tend to have a couple good months, and then something comes up and I stop, then later I start again, etc. I'm hoping to break that by continuously joining each challenge, because I'm competitive and I like having goals to work towards and being held accountable. I mainly do yoga and home videos (I owe so much to youtube) that focus on body weight training, maybe with small dumbbells too. 

 

Speaking of which, my goals are:

 

7-8 hours of sleep per night

3 hours of studying or working per day

1 hour of exercise a day, 5 days a week

 

And as a bonus, at least one day of 24hr IF a week, and at least one meal containing veggies or fruits per day.

Sleeping is a really good goal and one that I should have stolen as well maybe :P

Oh, IF went fine. I accidentally burned my tongue on hot chocolate the night before, so I didn't even really want to eat anything that day anyway. Worked out well :D

Ok, not doing so well on the dieting front, but exercising and sleep is going well. Kinda want to change it to "7-8 hrs of sleep, and sleep before 12" but I don't think I could actually keep that (as shown by the fact that I'm on here at past 12 already). Life's super busy right now so, as long as I get my exercise and sleep and don't go crazy with food or whatnot, I'm going to count it as good enough. Not participating in any of the new challenges though :(

Aww, there are those times....Maybe just keeping an average, a status quo? And working up to something by the end of the six weeks, like no sugar by week six, or no processed food?

Gahh, I fell off the wagon, so to speak. Got a new part-time job and I'm seeing about switching colleges. We're midway through though, so I will put the past behind me and do better!

Thanks! I adore this week's mini, so that's a plus. lol Though I can't dance at all, I'm the sort that trips on flat surfaces and walks into doors, but hey, I haven't stubbed my toe in weeks!
