Pretzle Posted June 25, 2015 Author Report Share Posted June 25, 2015 I used to be stuck at 62/63. Like, literally stuck. Even during the month nothing would change. Anyway, I'm back at 64 (from 66, so I guess there must've been some water weight involved) and that's close enough to my normal to not be worried ---Healthy eating: Been drinking an extra glass of water in the morning (before my first cup of tea). I think I did this back in my third or so challenge as well... Still not a habit Attempting not to graze all day long, so far pretty successful. Also... HUGE WIN: Yesterday I really, really attempted to eat slower (I ... am a monster. I usually finish my plate before hubby is HALF DONE!). Anyway, yesterday evening? It was the other way around I don't think I've felt so proud of myself for a long time. Gym stuffWoot, got to the gym today and did my 'usual' programme. I've also made an appointment for a new programme after my holiday (going to Denmark in a bit over a week!). July 13th I'll get my new programme. It was rather difficult, I did (mostly) the same weights as last week and pff, quite difficult... quite.
