I was just having a bit of a bad day :)

 

How are you doing and how's the pregnancy going?

 

 

Gooseberries are these 'weird' looking berries which can taste a little bit sour when not entirely ripe and just sweet enough when they are. I only see them in the store in the summer, for a limited time.

Just a quick roundup from what I ate and exercised the previous days:

Last friday

Breakfast: Greek yoghurt with berries and granola (I think)

Lunch: a piece of cod, northsea shrimp, leeks and green beans

Snack: forgot, probably something with pb&j

After workout: A shake made with greek yoghurt, milk, cocoa powder & raspberries

Dinner: pork loin, mixed veggies & oven baked potatoes

 

Workout: all sorts of things :P

 

Last weekend

My plan was to eat healthier in the weekend… that didn't happen…

Saturday I made samosas and we had those and some mini eggrolls for dinner

Sunday I made glorious sticky ribs and breakfast wasn't healthy either :(

I also i ate mini ice creams, 1 on saturday and 1 on sunday.

I should really start having only 1 cheat day and not an entire weekend… Because there is not going to be any progress if I keep doing this

 

Monday

Breakfast: Greek yoghurt with raspberries & granola

Lunch: Egg salad on crackers

Snack: Redcurrants

Before workout: Bb&J sandwich

Dinner: couscous with chicken

 

Workout: squats (4 x 30kg, 1 x 35kg, weight is bar included ofcourse), bench press ( 5 x 25kg), assisted chin ups and dips (3 x 7, 3 x 6), bent over T-rex move (1xbar only, 1 x 5kg, 3 x 10kg, bar not included) & crunches (3 x 10)

 

Tuesday

Breakfast: Greek yoghurt, raspberries, meusli

Lunch: A giant wrap with veggies & leftover samosa filling

Snack: redcurrants

I made a coffee (coffee, milk, chocolate, cocoa powder) before dinner, only half a recipe of what i normally make for the calories…

dinner: Meat loaf with mashed sweet potato and red cabbage.

 

Today

Breakfast: crackers with shrimp salad

Lunch: leftover couscous with leftover meatloaf

Snack: blackberries

Before workout: a small piece of cold meatloaf

Dinner: Greek yoghurt with berries

 

I'm posting this at lunch time, but that is basically what i've planned for myself to eat today, just so I stick to it.

 

today it's workout time again and I believe there will be overhead presses again and that is the only exercise I have trouble doing. can't seem to do it right (according to the bf) and it looks so easy, but it's not working for me…

we'll see if I can do better today
