Kudos on the walking front. Walking at a steady pace for time is a very good fat burner. However. Stop snacking. Especially on sugary stuff. Granola and yoghurt may be marketed as a healthy snack but nutritionally it has a very unhealthy profile consisting mainly of sugary carbs. Sugary carbs will cause an insulin spike and will tell your body to store excess carbs as fat.

Your best bet is to save eating to three balanced meals a day and cut out snacking all together. If you do want to snack at all have sone raw veg or a small Protien shake. The calories will be the same or less but will be much more beneficial for you :-)

OK so days three and four (today) did not go so well diet wise. But I will not cry about because Life.

 

However, yesterday was able to walk one hour and fifteen minutes. We went to coyote park and walked the back trail to curiodessy. Then after 10 mins inside we walk the trail once again back to the beach and continued to walk to the snack shack they had. I did not buy anything (although those ice creams my family got did look so good, but I already had takeout once and we were going to get take again before leaving)

 

And today I spent five hours moving things (heavy things) and spent and hour taking things down (an hour with dust, spiders, and the sun). Walked the dogs with my siblings. and just a hour ago completed two circuits of the beginners body weight  workout in 25mins.......I hurt. But its a good hurt.

day Five.

 

So. I am getting back to changing one thing in my diet. I eat a small breakfast and lunch, but a full dinner. I kept my workout to a more lighter pace cardio one (walking) just because my body is still get use to move muscle that it really hasn't in awhile. but hey another day down.

Day six and going strong.

 

I had a good three meals. I did a 15 minute walk with my dogs. and I even manage to do three circuits of the beginners body workout. And it was all thanks to my motivator *cough*tormenter*cough*, my little sister. the pain of working out is still there but its more manageable now.

So day two of the six week challenge,

 

Yesterday, while realizing the support I have from my family, I when on a small introduction run with my brother and sister. according to them it was a good start for someone who hasn't been running before.

 

today, I walked for about 15mins. and I got a  30min workout in. And so far No sodas.
