First off is to make it to my meet next weekend (I've missed the last 3 I've registered for)

After that, it is time for some serious calorie tracking and cutting.  Cause my ego wants me to look a lot better by the time I get to CNF 2015...

Just watched an email list be create, 2000 people autosubscribed, flame up (why?, there already is one for this, STOP THE EMAILS!, Unsubscribe me!, instructions for filtering in various clients) and then be deleted in less than 8 hours.  And this at a high tech company.  No invocation of Godwin's law was needed, which is a bit surprising.

Thanks everyone.  I will be lifting on Sunday.  It was originally a 1 day meet, but they split the heavy weights to the second day.

Yesterday I had a meeting at 10 AM in St Petersburg, FL, almost 2 hours a way.  On days like that, I like to find a gym as close as possible and do the driving first.  Sometimes this means I just get a shower.  Yesterday I found a HUGE Anytime Fitness just south of my meeting (5 minutes).  Win!
