I've got two boys (2 and 4 years of age).This challenge will be about kicking the emotional eating habit. And off course I'll still be kicking ass at the gym My motivation: Feel good about myself Main quest: Kick the emotional eating habit Quest 1: Standing stillTo stop emotional eating I have to stand still for a moment before I'm going to eat. First acknowledge what I feel, then accept that feeling and allow myself to feel it, and at last find a way to cope with that emotion. (I'll use my journal if necessary)Like when I'm truly hungry I eat, but when I'm stressed, lonely, scared etc. I find an other way do deal with it.I will count the days that I succeed in standing still before eating.Measurement: A = 36-42 days, B = 29-35 days, C = 22-28 daysReward: A = +3 CON, B = +2 CON, C = +1 CON Quest 2: strength trainingI want to be stronger. Muscle will make me look better and I'm hoping more muscle means more energy.I'm going to do the workouts from the academy. Preferably the barbell batallion, but when I'm not able to go to the gym I'm going to do the body weight exercises. Measurement: A = 12+ workouts, B = 9-11 workouts, C = 6-8 workoutsReward: A = +3 STR +2 STA, B = +2 STR +1 STA, C = +1 STR Quest 3: CardioI love zumba so that will be my main workout. My back up workout is cycling or swimmingMeasurement: A = 12+ workouts, B = 10-11 workouts, C = 8-9 workoutsReward: A = +3 DEX +2 CON, B = +2 DEX +1 CON, C = +1 CON Live quest week 1-3:I'm going to FLY! I've done konmari during the last few challenges, but I'm getting bored with it. I still will be able to integrate the KM techniques into the FLY lady approach. He is in his "terrible two's" and is not afraid to show us I was about ready to EAT ALL THE CHOCOLATE, but took a step back to look at my emotions (despair, anger, frustration) and allowed myself to feel them. It calmed me down (J wasn't impressed by my calm unfortunately) and was able to get the boys home without buying chocolate (and I passed two bakers, and at least 3 stores that would sell bars of chocolate).Now the boys are watching 'tik tak' and peace is back in our home. What exactly do you keep in there (only share what you are comfortable sharing obviously)? Is it a manual food log, or is there other stuff too?
