MAIN QUEST: Lose Weight Feel Great!


To hit my goal range of 125-135 and do it in a healthy way!

Goals (diet and fitness related) that will help me achieve Main Quest:

 

We will be gone on vacation at Sturgis from August 1st to August 9th, so I will grade accordingly. 

 

1. 21 Day Fix eating plan - Make sure I am eating ALL my calories, because I haven't been and it's slowing down my weight loss!

A: 30-36 days
B: 25-29 days
C: 20-24 days
D: 18-19 days
F: <18 days
Ability to earn 2 CON points.

2. Workout/Run - I am finishing C25K this week(7/20-7/25) but I will be starting 10K training when I get back from Sturgis. Also will be doing Beachbody workouts and gym workouts. 
A: 30-36 days
B: 25-29 days
C: 20-24 days
D: 18-19 days
F: <18 days
Ability to earn 3 STA, 3 STR points, 3 DEX points.

3. Water - Oh boy do I need to get back on drinking my water!! 96 ounces a day!
A: 30-36 days
B: 25-29 days
C: 20-24 days
D: 18-19 days
F: <18 days
Ability to earn 1 CON point.

Side Quest 1: Handlettering
I want to learn handlettering, so I am adding this in. Basically it will be scored on practicing every day.

Side Quest 2: Budget
Now that my husband is out of school and is working at 3 hospitals, we finally have the money to stick to a budget!!

I have been working on one, and I want to finish it and stick to it and put money in savings!

 

1. Finish budget for the rest of the year.  That is DONE!!

1. Put $2000 in savings

2. Pay ALL bills on time  DONE!

3. Start credit counseling.   DONE! Although this is turning out to be kind of a scam... but more on that later, maybe.
