MadineTeBron Posted July 25, 2015 Report Share Posted July 25, 2015 Last challenge I had been heading to Mordor for a few weeks, and was able to make it part of the way to Rivendell. The journey was not easy, but I stuck with it, got stronger and even reached my 10 pounds lost goal point. Having met the Ranger Strider along my journey thus far, I was impressed with his skills and wanted to learn more of his ways. My goal this challenge is to reach the gates of Rivendell so I can spend my break week relaxing with the Elves. 1. Reach Rivendell - Reaching Rivendell will recquire a lot of cardio. Continue increasing my steps with my fitbit, but also do a cardio workout for 30 mins most days, (+2 STA +1 DEX) (A) workout 6 days a week (B )workout 5 days a week © workout 4 or less days a week2. Study with Strider - Strider has told me that I need to increase my strength to be able to better deal with some of the challenges later on in my journey. I need to develop strength and a sustainable workout plan.(+2 STR +1 CHA) (A) 3 strength sessions in a week (B ) 2 Strength sessions in a week © 1 or less sessions a week3. Continue to ration my food - the journey has just begun, but it is clear I am still a long ways off from Rivendell. I will need to track my food rations carefully with My Fitness Pal to ensure I have enough to last till I get to the Elves. (+2 WIS +1 CON) (A) track and stay in calorie goal 6+ days (B ) track and stay in calorie goal 4-5 days © track and stay in calorie goal 3 or less days In addition, I have a side quest of cleaning up and reorganizing my living room in my little Hobbit hole so that I can set up a home gym of sorts to keep my working and motivated.
