TripleBz Posted July 28, 2015 Report Share Posted July 28, 2015 Well, Here I am back for my 3rd challenge. After successfully completing my Triathlon on 7/25. I am looking for the next challenge. I have already decided I am back in for the Spudman Tri next year. I would also like to do a Spartan Race or Tough Mudder next year. But that is all 2016. There are 2 or 3 5k races that I want to do before the end of the year. For my next couple of challenges, I want to focus on improving my running pace and doing some body weight workouts. Quest 1: Improve my Running Pace A - 5+ Workout days each week (3x Pace Improve, 2x Recovery) (30+ workouts) (+2 DEX, +2 STA )B - 4 Workout days each week (2x Pace Improve, 2x Recovery) (24+ workouts) (+1 DEX, +1 STA )F - 3 days or below Quest 2: Body Weight A - Complete 2 30-Day Challenges (+2 STR, +2 CON)B - Complete 1 30-Day Challenges (+1 STR, +1 CON)F - 3 days or below Quest 3: Post Updates for AccountabilityI am going stop by every couple of days and post updates. I hope this helps me stay accountable. A - 15 + updates (+1 WIS, +1 STA)F - Below 15 I am going to try and track everything in HabitRPG.
