chammy's quest to wear a bikini in Costa Rica

That's right folks, I decided to start a battle log.

As our family christmas present, my parents are taking us all (and by all, I mean 10 people) to Costa Rica next summer. This gives me ~6 months to not only lose body fat/weight, but to boost my confidence to the point where I'm not ashamed or shy about my body.

To save myself some effort, I'll basically be copy/pasting my workout from Fitocracy, so feel free to ignore the little points dealy. I expect this will be an all inclusive thread, with workouts, weight/bf%/measurement tracking, pictures (maybe), and food porn. Also ramblings. I'm very good at ramblings.

Costa Rica? That's freakin awesome, I'm so jealous. I haven't been to the beach in years let alone outside of the country to go to a place like that. That would certainly kick my ass into gear and get me working out a lot more. Haha. :)

Total fail on last rep of last set. Went down, couldn't get back up :(

First attempt pulling sumo, felt pretty good.

I experienced my first failure with squats tonight. I literally went down to parallel, and then kept going. And going. Nothing could make me push off the ground, so I rolled forward and let the bar catch.
