This gives me ~6 months to not only lose body fat/weight, but to boost my confidence to the point where I'm not ashamed or shy about my body. To save myself some effort, I'll basically be copy/pasting my workout from Fitocracy, so feel free to ignore the little points dealy. I expect this will be an all inclusive thread, with workouts, weight/bf%/measurement tracking, pictures (maybe), and food porn. Also ramblings. I haven't been to the beach in years let alone outside of the country to go to a place like that. That would certainly kick my ass into gear and get me working out a lot more. Haha.
