I wonder if they sell any on base...I'll have to check the BX. Shipping here takes up to a month to receive things.

I go to youtube and type in "yoga for" and see what pops up. That one was for back/neck pain and flexibility. I have back and neck pain from the hotel bed, which I combat with yoga and an aqua massager.

I forgot to update this yesterday. I didn't do anything two days ago, but I made up for it by doing my push-ups after my pull-ups. I did run and floss my teeth also and finally saw a hedgehog again. They really make the run worth it!

Great! I haven't skipped anything because I don't want to lose points or have to do math. I guess that's the idea in the first place, but....yeah. I refuse to skip a day.

I ran out of floss and haven't found my new pack. I live in a hotel room so it couldn't have gone far...I'll do my best to pick up writing in here again. I got really stressed and slightly depressed for a bit, but I think I'm bouncing back.

Alright, so it turns out I didn't have any more floss. I'll have to check the BX and see if they have the kind I use. (for braces)

Other than that, day 1 of the new challenge went ok. I got my pullups in, added some burpees for the Burpeeveepee, and did a leisurely run. They burn their trash here and for some reason, today it smelled strongly of poopy diaper everywhere on base.

Verdict is BX does not sell the floss I like. I didn't want to buy any floss because I'm pretty sure I have some with me somewhere. I did get my push-ups and planks in (per my challenge) and I had to get 100xp on duolingo today since it completely slipped my mind yesterday. This challenge is off to a good start!
