I’m going to get big.My deadlift WILL hit 225 by the end of this challenge.Body goal (semi-joking here): Quest #1: LIFT BIGTypical week:M: Deadlifts + upper back accessoryTu: Rest/cardio/yogaW: Lower body accessoryTh: Bench Press + accessoryF: Squats + accessorySa: Upper body bodybuildingSu: Rest/cardio/yoga Quest #2: EAT BIGFollow the plan! Submit my nutrition for the week to my coach every Saturday. Try my best to meet daily macros, minimize alcohol, and minimize restaurant meals. Continue with the grading system I’ve been using. Quest #3: RECOVER BIGNo computer, phone or TV past 9:30 on work nights in hopes that I can be in bed by 10pm. (4x/week)Sauna 2x/weekFoam roll/massage/ tissue work 6x/week Life QuestDaily: water plants, take out trash/recycling as necessaryM: dishes – done AND put away – and clean sinkTu: vacuumW: bathroom - counters, toilet, shower, mirrorTh: kitchen - counters, stove, etc.F: sweep and mop floors – kitchen, bathroom, entryway, laundry roomSa: rotating. Had to change it up cause the squat day (which also had RDLs) would kill my legs for the weekend. I thought it belongs with bulking right there with high volume food.
