I didn't know I was just a lil'bro until I became a monsterand people were 'mirin. And all the foodz disappeared But I started to look like a cross between this and this So no more. time to get skinnier again. 1. start counting all the calories again. 2. food prep again. I've found Broki's mother Frigg and I'm married to her. Don't let her stop me from eating well. 3. get PT appointment for back/hip/leg problem. I have a Dr appoint on Monday to start this process as I have similar symptoms prior to my major back injury last year. 4. Find a competition to do some competing. I would be doing great, then it would be time to take a break, eat some food, change the socks... and when it came to time to put the ruck back on and keep going... it was hard. I ate 2x that many wings, all the beer, and ate most of the cheese and crackers. it was tasty. It gave me energy to have a monstrous bench press day on monday. 8,8,6,4 with 275, 275, 295, 315. Yeah that's right, I"m now repping out 315. However, my butt floated away, so I have to work on that if I'm going to compete. I did have a spotter, but he just stood there and 'mired my awesomeness. I'm going to take some rest days today and tomorrow. I"m going to have 1 or 2 more beers then its hardcore cutting time. Trying to decide if I want Sharkinator white IPA or a Sammy Octoberfest. I just need to get back to 100% tracking of "if it fits in your mouth, it gets put down on MFP." That sounds pretty much like the dude who needs to eat 3000 kcals a day for maintenance, does a cut with 200 kcals under this for 6 days and then has a cheat day on the 7th day where he eats 10000 kcals.
