I can't remember if I posted this story here and I'm too lazy to go back and check.

 

So, I'm watching Monday or Thursday night football, so I'm completely useless to the lady and kid for a little bit. It's bath time, so I'm not really needed anyway. I'm paying attention to the game, I hear a commotion behind me. I look over and the kid has dragged the stool out of the kitchen, into the living room, climbed to the top and is flexing in the mirror shirtless.

 

At dinner, he eats a piece of meat, flexes, says "look at me, I'm strong. Feel my muscles." and won't stop posing until you do.

 

Bros...our future is safe!

Yeah,  So...  I ran into a bunch of bull shit that stall out this challenge.  

 

1.  working out 9 days in a row destroyed my ability to recover.

Even though I took a bunch of days off to recover.  I was basically wrecked for 2 weeks.

it is in my nature to not rest, but I need to be reasonable.  

 

2.  I've been eating like an asshole.  And emotional eating was never my thing... but fuck...  I'm eating everything and have to snake all the time.

I know, but I didn't.  

 

3.  Physical therapy started for my leg/back issues was diagnosed as a damaged nerve in my back.  And I was given the rack to help fix it.

Which actually feels really good.  and feels bad because my back feels very unstable.  So I have to be extra careful with all my movements as the muscles relax.  30 min heating session to start every day is now on order.  

 

4.  I've been getting headaches.  They have been bothersome mostly, painful other times.  So, I'm getting a blood workup done.

I'm also getting computer glass made for work, so maybe my eyes don't fatigue as much.  Maybe we'll find out what the problem is.

 

5.  I got fat(er).  and plus everything else mentioned...  killed my motivation.

Wednesday:  Rest Day.  That would be Legs, right?  Nah.  There is always something else that counts as part of the "rest."
