So!

 

As the title states I am currently a ranger but have noticed the crossfit thing just isn't for me and recently (as in this past week) started working out with a powerlifting trainer.  This challenge is going to be pretty straight forward but I am hoping (and really think) I have found my workout passion.

 

My Large Goals:

 

 

Train:

I have 2 weekly workouts with my trainer that are 1 hour each, and I will weight train once a week full body on my own.  My rest days will be active rest with at least 30-45 min of walking or yoga, and I get one straight rest day with nothing required.

 

Eat for Gains:

I have to get back into the swing of drinking water throughout the day because I see myself sipping on a cup of coffee for 4 hours and then realize I have to go work out and I haven't had any water.

Back seems to still be sore from last week so I didn't push my luck.

Barbell Bent over Rows

Now I'm eating my "cheat" lunch... In the sense that I'm paying off debt so I get to grab food truck food once a week :)

Breakfast was healthy and accounted for and 48 oz of water has been devoured.

Yesterday wrap up:

Home made Burgers for dinner because by the time the ground beef was thaw it was too late to cook meatloaf.

Water intake was better than it has been but there is room for improvement.

Today so far:

Cottage cheese for breakfast, water intake is better than yesterday, 2.4 mile walk during my lunch break, lunch is a macro guess from hell because its leftovers that the boyfriend made, and I'm debating on weather to hit up a cardio class after work.

Well I made it to the thigh and ab class and my back immediately made me regret the decision.

I stuck threw it, but now I'm worried about lifting tomorrow with the coach. We shall see what happens.

Ben is cooking pork chops with rice and green beans so that's my tasty dinner :)

Yes! I just can't freak about the fact that I will never know my portions or macros for that meal, Lol. But his cooking is always fantastic.

How did today's session go?

Unfortunately the coach had to cancel, so now it's Fri/Sat. It sucks because I planned meals, ate my pre workout and got home before he texted me, so my regular gym was then 45 min away during rush hour.

It'll be a light dinner tonight, and I'll update PRs after Friday/Saturday.
