Last challenge I was a little more casual but this time I have to buckle down and make sure to keep up the good momentum I have going. I must not dishonor that work.

Goal 1: Swift as a coursing river

Time to lean down and make some concrete diet changes. These are some of the first real changes I'm making so I'm starting with a few basic changes. I am going to cut out white processed foods: white flour, chips, rice, potatoes, pasta. I will have one serving of carbs with dinner and one looser day a week (usually Saturday).

 

GOAL: Follow diet plan 6 days a week 0/36 (+3 CON, +1 STA)

Goal 2: Force of a great typhoon

I need to sweat! I liked the Spartan Trials last challenge but ironically it wasn't really enough for me. I'm gonna go more high cardio this time. I will follow the Darebee 30 Days of HIIT challenge. I'll repeat a few days to get all the days in for the challenge.

 

GOAL: Workout 6 times a week 0/36 (+2 STR, +2 STA)

Goal 3: Strength of a raging fire

I will continue on my pull-up journey. I am starting at 5 pull-ups this time. I will follow the Twenty Pull-ups Challenge and participate in the Pull-Up Circle Jerk. I chuckle each time I see that. I will follow the program and make the progress I make. Slow and steady.

 

GOAL: Follow Pull-Up Program 3 times a week 0/18 (+1 STR, +1 STA, +2 DEX)

Goal 4: Mysterious as the dark side of the moon

My husband is in the process of launching a business and I have agreed to set up his website. I do not know how to do this. I need to set aside time in order to learn and practice and have not done so so far, thus challenge!

 

GOAL: Work for at least 20 minutes, 5 days a week 0/30 (+2 WIS, +1 CHA)

I'm bad at updating these, but so far the goals have been going well!!

The first three weeks went really well. I like the workouts that I am doing and I am making progress on the pull-ups, though slow progress. Lasl week I got sick and work was closed for the week due to flooding (I'm in South Carolina), so my whole habit cycle was thrown way off. I'm back to work today and should be able to keep going easily now that habits should be back in place. YEAH!!
