Lifting stuff up and putting it down again

Thanks for dropping by Rookie.  I appreciate the support.  It took me quite a while to stop chasing every new shiny thing I saw (curse you internet!) and just commit to getting strong in the basics.  Now that I've done that, things seem to be progressing nicely.  Funny that!  Still a long way to go, so feel free to check in anytime.

Hey Loyster. Thanks for dropping by. Pull up/chin up progress has been REALLY slow. I worked through a lot of inverted rows and negatives before I could even manage one! I can still only do about three in a row, so I get some volume in like tonight by doing one each minute for 20 minutes or by doing one between sets of squats, presses etc. Keep working at them, it does pay off eventually!
