Hi everyone, just posting to say hello to this wonderfully nerdy community! :)

 

I'm a 21-year-old Australian who would very much like to be able to do things. I've always been embarrassingly bad at running, sports, swimming, bike riding, or anything even remotely physical. I need to change, or else I'll continue to miss out on a whole area of life I could be experiencing.

 

First step is to be able to run 5ks without stopping. Classing myself as an adventurer for now (running, yoga, and casual bike riding) but hopefully will find my own little niche.

 

So, any tips for a beginner runner?
