I've spent years being an assasin and now am branching out to scouts. Loving me some running!Come on Ironman! Marathons! Somethin' [emoji4]I've been reading nerd fitness for years and Steve really is inspiring. I recently read the post about Mike aka Dilnad then found his blog and was inspired to be more active on nerd fitness. So, these are my battle logs!PS suddenly loooove running on treadmill (with Rizzoli & Isles playing). Zone out and the death makes me run harder. SparkleFunPower Posted October 4, 2015 Author Report Share Posted October 4, 2015 Yesterday I spent 43 minutes running and covered 3.7 km, I had a lot of walking breaks and my pace wasn't very organized. So I'm thinking and if god's with me on this, that I will amp up to 2min on 4 and 2min on 5 for the next week aiming for 4km min and passing the 5km mark. I also have to come up with a legs/arms that I do frequently too. Simple Quote Link to comment

Turned out to be hot yoga with 20min of cardio in it as well which I wasn't expecting. Felt like a noodle afterwards, loose and stretched out. Quote Link to comment

It felt so awesome to crush my previous distances in a day and it also made me realize how much I can really do. Or more like the minimum distances I should be doing for the workout. My friend sent a message that he'd just run 4km, the farthest he'd gone so far which was good motivation to get to running today...and I passed my distance! 5km in 54 min and the rest bonus to make an overall 64 min workout.
