The start of my EPIC Quest

Hi Fellow Rebels

Been looking around Nerd fitness for a week or so now, came across it while searching for advice on workouts and nutrition. I have been attempting a life change for 2-3 months.


A litle about me...
*I'm a 25 year old male living in the uk
*Fix gym equipment for a living (I know a guy who fixes gym equipment needs to lose weight and get fit?!?)
*With my job I spend most the day driving between jobs
*That means stopping at McDonald's quite a lot - too much
*I'm engaged to my partner of 5 years, due to marry July 2016
*We have 2 dogs who I walk for 90+ minutes a day at least
*I have barely any muscle strength
*I can barely run for a minute without lungs collapsing


I can't wait to level up!
