Realized how fragile my routine still is

I had a great diet and exercise routine in place that I was rocking hard for about two months. Then I went to work a job out of town for two weeks and the whole thing fell apart. It made me realize how fragile my routine still is. When put in a new environment, I lost it. 

 

I've been back home for a week now. I didn't bounce back immediately, but now I've decided to take back control and get back into my routine full force and make it even stronger!

 

I want to be more prepared so that next time I go out of town (which happens often for my work) I can stick to it!
