Goals mostly is lose ten pounds, drop soda, and work out every day. My biggest issue on making it look all pretty is that I'm typing on a phone -.-

I often type on my phone, too, because I'm commuting by train. So I learned most of the BBC codes by heart. If you have any questions just ask. I can help you set up you challenge. ;)

Edit: ok, apparently I forgot how to color my text for now.

Luciana is great so I'm sure she'd totally help you out with those codes.

You might notice that someone has added a tag to your post.  This is not to box you into a corner but rather because your goals or lifestyle have links to the guild you've been tagged and we'd like to bring you to the attention of one of their guild ambassadors. These ambassadors will be able to offer you advice, encouragement and support on your goals.  You don't even have to wait around for them to come introduce themselves to you, you are more than welcome to pop into the Adventurers' board and introduce yourself to the guildies there. I am also around to answer any questions that you might have so do not hesitate to PM me.

Good Luck with your challenge

Okay. Here's my first six week challenges, quests and side quests. Won't be as fancy as some folks, but that's okay, simple suits me!

-Main Storyline Quests-

1. A Running Start - Complete Darebee's 30-day Walking to Running Program

2. Beginner's Quest - Complete Darebee's 30-day Foundation Program

3. Be a Boss - Finish my management transition at work

4. A Journey Begins - Walk/Run a Total of 500 Miles

5. Scribe in Training - Journal Each Day of the Challenge

-Side Quests-

1. Water is Not a Weakness - Drink Water the Entire Challenge

2. Not All Smoke is Good - Limit Smoking to Ten a Day

3. Hoarder - Put a hundred dollars in savings

4. Bad Habits Abound - Go the challenge without biting my nails

5. Home Sweet Home - Get settled in my new apartment

I'm satisfied with these! I'm gonna be throwing side quests in there randomly as the six weeks progress, or perhaps if I knock one out early. Who knows. What do you guys think? Too overwhelming? Too simple?

I think those look pretty good. What do you mean by the "drink water the entire challenge"? Does that mean you will drink only water and nothing else for the whole 6 weeks, or that you're planning on drinking a certain amount of water each day?

Just something to note, since I see you're doing the 30 day walk to run, that tells me that walking and or running for distance isn't something you do often. You're goal of 500 miles by the end of the challenge kind of worries me. That's almost 12 miles a day, every day, for 6 weeks, and your first walk to run workout might cover 2-3 miles.

If it was me, I would make a goal of walking/running every day. Do the 30 days walk to run, and on day 31 start to transition to more running than walking, so day 31 (1 minute walk/5 minute run/3 sets) 32 (15 Minute walk) 33 (1 minute walk/5 minute run/4 sets) Something to that effect, eventually whittling away that walk portion, to try for say... 10 minutes running.
