originalpiratematerial Posted December 18, 2015 Author Report Share Posted December 18, 2015 Yesterday's gym visit did not happen, as I had a panic about Christmas presents and spent an hour wandering around the shops instead. Then was too busy at work to go later. However, today was better - ran for 15 mins, stopped off at playground to do push-ups, squats, inverted rows and negative pull-ups, ran home again. I have however blotted my copybook by eating two chocolate biscuits this afternoon. My husband commented on how ace my arms are looking at the moment so I guess that was nice. 4 Quote Link to post

They're a blast though, right? Even if you can't do the full range of motion, it might be something new and exciting to add into your routine. One run (on dreadmill) and two strength workouts so far this week. Have more or less abandoned any attempt to eat clean, and appear to have lost 1 lb, so must keep an eye on protein intake and not lose my teeny and very hard-won gains!
