It seems to me your main focus is establishing a schedule, cleaning up your diet, and getting moving. Triforce of PERFECT. I might narrow your eating quests. That's where I see that you've planned the most changes. Maybe focus just on sugar or on the three balanced meals? In any case, you'll rock this.
