skinNbones Posted November 7, 2015 Author Report Share Posted November 7, 2015 Another deck of pain this evening. The cards weren't on my side today (or maybe they were!?) It was almost non stop decline push ups interspersed with Pike pushups. Only one set of squats to break it up and finish with a King for leg raises. Did alright but I do need to think about my warmup and cool down a bit more, just keep forgetting. I work that out as 10x20I can't really say if it was worth it yet, as this is the first time. I really don't want to lose weight but I do want to increase my stamina and this type of relentless pain should be good for that. We did the Deck Of pain workout for a weekly challenge during the last PVP. It was tough. we used the jokers to do 20 burpees as well. NOT FUN. but effective. On good days doing squats are fine, on others I have to do some assisted squats. That's far better than making it angry and barely being able to walk for a week.
