Be more social
Do at least one thing a week which isn't training related, even if it is with training partners. CHA - 2

Be timely with my online coaching input instead of hitting it all at 23:00 every night. WIS - 2

Be safe AND own the competition. Following along for the win!

Yeah, I've been told to watch the over training and competing before, but I'm not lifting heavy for a while so its grappling funt times!

How is the RR count doing?

RR count has been zero for a month. We've moved on to "judo Jane" and "Luisa"

There is the RV count, which is weird to explain.

No Videos, but it's 172.5kg to hit squat depth with no wraps and 177.5kg with "tanky" wraps.

This is a good sign for the IPF open as it means I can at least aim to beat my own national and commonwealth records.

I had applied for a job in Glasgow but the application got turned down on Monday. :(

I've had my fair share of moving the past 3 years. I'm always up for a change of scene but may not as frequently. 

 

Is it inside the UK?

Neps, outside.

The safe options are Germany, Spain or Portugal.

The risk options are sack it all and go back packing or Brazil.

Not today, it's Thursday.  I'm wrestling.

The girls are gearing up for their first MMA fight and being thrown on against me for standing grappling, so it might as well be competition :(

And I hope it isn't heel hooks again, heel hooks r scary.

I was social today, I hung around after jits to discuss lifting.

Sometimes I wish I was stacked so I could have swolefies.  Then I remember I'll look stacked as hell once I lean back out at 57kg again.

Thursday:

Le wrestling:

I got banned from single leg and truck.  They wanted to see a little more variety in my take downs.  Turns out I've got some nice transitions of high c into body locks and I'm lighting fast on the firemans carry.  (Kata garuma, YOLO!)

Le No Gi:

Heel hooks again.  I need to work on subs from side control, I'm a boss at side control but I've never really had to sub from it.  I've got the arm triangle and ude gatame.  I need to drill the jammy wrist lock and getting to technical mount/ mount so I have more options.

Friday:

Le Rolling:

Best tap of the day was getting slapped in the face, then had the scrappy white belt burst my nose (she still has her arms but my god is she so bad at jits, and she won't listen to advice either)

Also making big boys cry once I get top position and control because I'm much harder to handler from there.  Tightening up lapel guard really well and getting take downs and sweeps off it consistently now.
